On January 1, 2013, Praveen Srirama was promoted as the manager of the Organic and Environmental Chemistry departments at CEMRC. Praveen brings 10 years practical work experience to the department and has spent the last 2 years working as a research scientist in the CEMRC Organic Chemistry department performing volatile organic compound (VOC) and hydrogen/methane analyses on air samples from within the WIPP site. Dr. Srirama has a Ph.D. in Applied Science from the University of Arkansas – Little Rock, a MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toledo, and a BS in Instrumentation from Kurukshetra University in Kurukshetra India.
